Yoga Teacher Training
Do you have gifts to share as a yoga teacher?
Or do you want to explore the depths of these ancient practices and have no desire to teach?
Our upcoming 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training offers a deep dive into yoga and will equip you with skills to teach, if you want to. The training is intended for dedicated students who want to explore yoga more fully.
Lead teacher, Jessi Hughes, will present a comprehensive view of yoga as a holistic system and will emphasize a responsible, integrative and therapeutic approach to practicing and teaching the limbs of yoga. Additional seasoned teachers will present on various topics – please view a list of specific topics below that the training will cover.
Although you are not required to teach after the training, you will gain teaching skills and experience if you do desire to teach. You will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT200 at the conclusion of the training.

Testimonial
“The 200 hour teacher training was simply amazing! Jessi Hughes’ obvious love of and thirst for knowledge turned into quite a gift for all of us in the class. Every aspect of the course was very well thought out. We covered so much information, yet it never seemed like “information overload” because it was so well presented. The timing and structure of the classes worked out very well (one or two weekends a month), and was much more manageable than I thought it would be. Each day flew by as we became absorbed in all aspects of yoga – history, philosophy, anatomy, asanas, pranayama, sequencing and more! Jessi also provided us with a wealth of resources to help us continue to learn and grow as yoga teachers. I highly recommend Jessi’s course to anyone considering pursuit of their yoga dreams!”
