Sandy Drews, RYT-200

Sandy started her yoga practice over 15 years ago when she took her first Bikram class. The incredible euphoric feeling she had after that one class got her hooked and her yoga journey began.  Sandy has had a devout practice ever since practicing Bikram exclusively until she discovered Vinyasa. This led her to practice other forms of yoga such as Yin, Restorative, Ananda, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Baptiste and Kundalini. The incredible mental and physical benefits of yoga led her to further and deepen her practice through teacher training. Sandy completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2023 at Yoga Time in the Vinyasa tradition. She has gone on to complete Ananda and Pilates teacher training and is currently working on completing training in the Kundalini tradition.

Sandy is a passionate yoga student and teacher committed to helping others learn and discover the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of yoga.  She hopes to cultivate mindfulness both on and off the mat through integration of asana, breathwork and meditation. A forever student of yoga, Sandy’s journey is one shaped by a desire to “share the yoga love” by helping others connect their mind, body and spirit.
