Lynn Van Zandt, RYT-200

Lynn has been practicing yoga “on and off the mat” for over 25 years. During that time, continuously exploring her curiosity about the world, history, yoga philosophy, and spirituality.

Since beginning her yoga journey, the idea of sharing her interest in all things yoga has been on hold. Now, armed with two 200-hour training certificates, teaching beginners certification, restorative yoga certification, use of props training, “Essentials of Yoga Anatomy” training (course in progress), and a rich blend of curiosity, knowledge, and experience, she is transitioning away from “9 to 5” and taking her mat to the front of the room.

Lynn sees herself as a fellow traveler on the yoga path, and leading a practice, as taking on the role of sharing a yoga experience more than teaching. She believes that yoga offers something for everyone and strives to create an experience where all can connect mind, body, breath, and spirit in a way that feels authentic, uplifting, and even fun. She encourages exploration and embracing where you are each day and looks forward to meeting you where you are and sharing the yoga journey.
