Ariana McCarthy
Ariana was introduced to a love of fitness at an early age through her technical dance training and teaching. As a competitive dancer, Pilates movements and techniques became integral to improving and expanding upon her strength and technique. She fell in love with yoga during her time in college through her university’s yoga club and has continued to deepen her practice ever since. Ariana considers herself to be a lifelong student and sees the opportunity to teach as an extension of that continued learning. Outside of the studio, you can find her watching birds with Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy and completing a training program with the Virginia Master Naturalists.
