Angela Drew
Angela Drew is a certified 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She creates sequences for her classes that are designed to use postures and breath work to release tension in the body, balance energy centers, and rejuvenate the spirit.
Angela has instructed a variety of yoga classes including, Slow Flow, Spiritual Bliss, Gentle, Power, Chair, Iron, Aquatic, and Children’s Yoga.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, she provides modifications to support your practice. Angela has taught classes in the studio and privately. She is dedicated to making her classes a spiritual, invigorating, and relaxing experience.
